Ad Vitam, “lifelong” from Latin, is an Italian Melodic Death Metal Band which was born in Italy in 2010. Founders were Mattia “Vigor” Amadori (Singer) and Matteo Serpi (Drummer since 2010 to 2013).
The Band debuted at “The Rock&Metal Review” with his first songs written and arranged by Vigor. These songs was recorded in February 2014 for their first EP “Edge of Memory”. The band had many changes of line-up.

The Sound of the Italian band is characterized by heavy rythm typical of Death Metal, softened by Keys which make an high contrast between rhytmics and melody. Some bands which influence Ad Vitam are Nile, Mors Principium Est, Dimmu Borgir, Dark Tranquillity and much more on Melodeath and Symphonic Black Metal line.

During winter 2015 Ad Vitam recorded the first Full lenght named STRATOSFEAR, out soon.
